Spring is here

Spring is the time to take a look at all the empty spots in your garden that you haven't filled. Are they looking like something should go there or are they the transition to the next plants? Do you like Cottage Gardening, Formal, Flowers, Shrubs or Vegetable gardens? Is your garden looking like you want it to? Then I envy you. Mine is looking a little shabby right now. I've added a Dogwood tree to the backyard and I even started seeds this year. I don't have too many empty spaces but I'm wanting to go the Cottage Garden look so I'm concentrating on perennials that will be here every year. I'm looking for ones to add, that bloom at different times. I want Spring Bloomers, like my Bridal Veil Wisteria, it's gorgeous this time of year. My goal is to have color most of the year. What are you concentrating on this year? Let me know and share your ideas of what you would like your garden to look like. Well, need to get back to the yard.
